Basic, Pro or Pro+? See the difference in three real reports
Online Visibility Report is sold in three tiers: Basic, Pro and Pro+. Instead of promising what each tier includes, we had the website feedbackjourney.com audited three times, once per tier, on the same day. Feedback Journey is our own product, a customer feedback tool for consultants. We use our own brand because it lets us show the full report openly, without anonymizing anything or asking anyone else for permission.
All three examples are open on the site. You can read them online or download the PDF, without giving an email address: Basic, Pro and Pro+.
Same website, same day, one difference
All three reports measure feedbackjourney.com on the same day, September 7, 2026, for the same need and the same region. The need is phrased the way a customer would ask it: As a consultant I need to collect customer feedback to self-improve and document customer satisfaction.
The overall score is 64 out of 100, grade D, in all three reports. That is not a mistake. The measured website audit, security, performance, SEO and AI readiness, is exactly the same test no matter which tier you buy. What separates the tiers is not how strictly the website gets judged. It is how much evidence the report gathers around that judgment.
One exception moves the score slightly: Basic asks one AI assistant whether it knows the brand, instead of three. That single answer can shift the overall score a few points up or down compared with Pro and Pro+, on the exact same website.
Three reports, side by side
| Basic, €89 | Pro, €179 | Pro+, €349 | |

The numbers in the table are taken directly from the three Feedback Journey examples. Buyer searches and competitors will vary somewhat from brand to brand, because each report generates its own searches from the actual need and the market it measures.
Basic: the essential check
Basic answers one question: where does your brand stand today? The report runs the full, measured website audit and asks one leading AI assistant whether it knows the brand. You get concrete, prioritized recommendations, delivered as a web report and PDF, at 25 pages in the Feedback Journey example. It is the tier for anyone who wants the answer, not the full investigation. See the Basic report.
Pro: the full picture, with real search data
Pro includes everything from Basic, and asks all three major AI assistants instead of one. The report adds real Google results and AI Overview citations for the searches your customers actually use, a competitor chapter written from research, and a review of media coverage and domain authority. In the Feedback Journey example, the report grows from 25 to 36 pages. Pro is the tier the pricing page highlights as the recommended choice. See the Pro report.
Pro+: the full competitive picture
Pro+ includes everything from Pro, and goes deeper in three places. The competitor chapter becomes a real comparison: up to three competitors are measured side by side with you, not just described from research. Search coverage grows. In the Feedback Journey example it went from 15 to 30 buyer searches. And the website audit measures 20 pages instead of 5. In the example, the report ends at 67 pages. See the Pro+ report.
Why the numbers aren't identical between tiers
Each tier generates its own buyer searches, independent of the others. Pro and Pro+ can therefore hit slightly different searches and surface slightly different competitors, even though they measure the same brand on the same day. The report also only states what it can actually confirm. For a brand that few independent sources cover, there is less to establish. That is itself one of the report's findings, not a weakness in the method.
Which tier should you choose?
If you just want to know where your brand stands today, or you just want to focus on technical health, Basic is enough. If you also want to know what your customers are actually searching for, and what they find when they do, Pro is the recommended choice. If you compete closely with a few named players, and want them measured side by side with you, Pro+ is the tier that does it.
Frequently asked questions
Why is the overall score the same in all three examples?
Because the measured website audit is exactly the same test in all three tiers. The only exception is that Basic asks one AI assistant instead of three, which can shift the score a few points for the same website.
What's the difference between Pro and Pro+, when both ask the same three assistants?
The difference isn't in the assistants. It's in how much evidence the report gathers around them. More buyer searches, more pages of the website measured in depth, and competitors that are actually measured instead of just described.
Can I read the reports before I order?
Yes. All three examples are open on the site, unedited, and you don't need to give an email address to see them.
Is Feedback Journey a paying customer?
No. Feedback Journey is our own product. We use it as an example because it lets us show the full report openly, without anonymizing anything or asking a real customer for permission.
Summary
Basic, Pro and Pro+ don't judge your website differently. They gather a different amount of evidence around the same judgment: more AI assistants, real search data, competitors that are measured instead of described, and more pages of your website examined in depth. The three Feedback Journey examples show exactly what that means in practice, side by side, before you order anything yourself.
