Online Visibility Report

Is your brand visible when buyers search — and when they ask AI?

People find products two ways now: they search, and they ask AI assistants. The Online Visibility Report measures both. We pose your customers’ real questions to search and to a leading AI assistant, in the regions you choose. Then we tell you whether your brand shows up, who wins instead, and what to do about it.

How it works

Pick the report that fits

The same measured foundation in every tier — higher tiers add more data sources and deeper analysis. One-time purchase, no subscription.

Prices exclude VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Why is there no free tier?

Free tools check the technical basics: sitemap, structured data, page speed. That’s useful, and it’s the cheap part. What decides your visibility is whether ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini name you, what Google shows your buyers, and who writes about you. We measure that by asking the assistants directly and buying real search data. It costs money on every report, so the report costs money. Try the free tools first. Come back when you want the whole picture.

What our customers say

Frequently asked questions

What is the Online Visibility Report?
The Online Visibility Report measures how visible your brand is online when real users look for products or services like yours. It covers both traditional search and AI assistants. You get a clear website audit score and a written analysis of where you appear, where you’re missing, and why.
How does the report work?
You give us three things: your brand, the customer need you serve, and the regions you care about. We turn that need into many neutral, brand-free questions and run them through search and a leading AI assistant. Then we judge every answer: does your brand appear, how prominently, and against which competitors.
Which channels does the report cover?
Two channels: traditional search engines and the answers AI assistants give. Each is measured separately. You see where you’re strong in search, where you surface in AI answers, and where you’re invisible.
Why does visibility in AI assistants matter now?
More people now ask an AI assistant instead of scrolling a results page. The assistant often names only a few brands. If yours isn’t one of them, you never reach the customer’s shortlist. So the report tracks AI visibility alongside traditional search — not instead of it.
Is this the same as an SEO audit?
Not quite. An SEO audit inspects your own site — its tags, links and rankings. The Online Visibility Report measures the outcome from the customer’s side: whether you actually surface in search results and AI answers when someone asks. It complements an SEO audit rather than replacing it.
What do I get, and what does it cost?
You get a written analysis of where your brand appears across search and AI assistants — and where it doesn’t — with the competitors winning recommendations instead of you, and concrete actions to improve. Everything arrives as a shareable report and a downloadable PDF. Three tiers are available: Basic (€89) with the measured website audit and an AI visibility check, Pro (€179) adds all the major AI assistants, real Google data and a competitor comparison, and Pro+ (€349) adds an in-depth competitor analysis. Prices are one-time, per report.
Why do I need to log in?
Generating a report takes a few minutes. We don’t want a closed tab or a dropped connection to cost you the result. Signing in ties the finished report to your account, so it’s delivered safely and stays available whenever you come back. We only need an email address, and you can delete your account and reports at any time.
Does this work for businesses that sell mostly from physical stores?
Yes. Even when most of your sales happen in a physical store, people increasingly check online first. They search for local options, or ask an AI assistant where to go, before they ever walk in. As long as your brand has some online presence, the report measures whether you surface in those moments. A strong local business shouldn’t stay invisible to the customers deciding online.
Is there a free version?
No, and here’s why. Free tools are useful for weeding out the obvious gaps, like a missing sitemap or absent structured data — use them, by all means. But that is the technical foundation, and it is the cheap part. What decides your visibility is whether the AI assistants name you, what search actually shows your buyers, and who writes about you. Measuring that means querying the assistants directly and paying for search, authority and media data. That cost lands on every single report, so a free tier would either be worthless or lose us money. Start with the free tools, and come back when you want the whole picture. An Online Visibility Report catches the obvious gaps too, of course — on top of everything the free tools can’t see.
What do I do after I get the report?
Start on the first page. The website audit score, the verdict and the three to five top priorities are written as decision support, so you can decide what to do and who does it. The recommended-actions chapter is split into three tracks with different owners: technical SEO for your developers or web agency, content and AEO for whoever writes your pages, and authority and mentions for marketing, PR or the founder. The technical track is the foundation and is usually done in days; the mentions track is what moves visibility, and takes months. Every action states what was measured, why it matters and how to implement it, so each recipient can act on their own chapters without reading the rest. A reading guide in the report shows who should read what.
Can I hand the report to my agency, or to an AI agent?
Yes, that is what it is for. The PDF is yours to share: send it to your agency as a brief and ask them to price the actions, or send the technical chapters to your IT department. For AI coding agents there is a separate download in the web report: a Markdown brief with the on-site actions and the measured findings, written so an agent can implement the fixes directly on your site. It deliberately leaves out the authority track, because reviews, citations and press coverage cannot be coded; that work needs people. Run a new report in three to six months to measure what changed.
Can I see a real report before I buy?
Yes. We have published a complete, unedited report on Feedback Journey — our founder’s own product — in all three editions, generated on the same day for the same need. Read it online or download the PDF; no email address required. It shows exactly what you get, including the sections that only appear from Pro or Pro+.
